These yoga classes were taught and recorded in 2008. I was a very different yoga teacher back then and never put these videos out to market because the sound wasn’t “perfect”. I’ve been teaching yoga for almost 25 years now and a lot of imperfect things have happened to me since then, including many fantastic imperfect yoga classes.
