We've created a 5-step authentic process of transformation using the proven qualities of the 5 elements:
- WEEK 1 (Earth): Discover your deepest needs and hearts desires, what stands in your way and keeps you stuck, and what’s needed to maintain personal stability, sustain grounded connection, and fall authentically in love...with yourself.
- WEEK 2 (Water): Learn to mind your waters, how to fulfill your own needs, and the benefits of tending to yourself in a whole new way. Discover your relationship to femininity, creativity, and sensuality; allowing for more consistent flow, ease, and creativity.
- WEEK 3 (Fire): Discover the source of your inner fire and how it’s responsible for cultivating, and elevating your self-worth. Embody practices that satisfy your own needs, ignite your deepest desires, and channel your sexuality into aligned love and partnership.
- WEEK 4 (Air): Commit to setting your intention into action and create movement in your life. Find your authentic voice, effective words that land, and express yourself fully through empowered communication.
- WEEK 5 (Space): Now it’s time to set yourself (and others) free and learn to lean back. The practice of embodying infinite space for yourself, and your partner, is what will bring them closer to you. It’s the practice of creating and recreating joy, freedom, and elevated love.

To get the most out of this course, your time commitment each week is as follows:
- Sunday: Weekly course content will be released for you to complete at your convenience.
- Monday: 75 minute Live Module with Kevin & Serena (replays available)
- Wednesday: 75 minute Live Support Session with Kevin & Serena (replays available)
- Homework & Assignments: Be prepared to dedicate approximately 1 - 2 hours per week to complete the assignments and get the most out of the live calls.
- Costa Rica Retreat: As an Elevated Love participant you'll receive a full scholarship to join Kevin & Serena for our Human Journey Retreat live in Costa Rica April 24-28, 2021. *(details below)

The Human Journey Retreat offers an opportunity to share your insights from your journey, as well as to enjoy some fun in the sand, surf, and sun...together in person, and in community, in Costa Rica.
Space is limited, so in order to reserve your spot at the retreat, you’ll need to submit a deposit of US$100 which will go towards your preferred accommodations/meal package at Peace Retreat Costa Rica.
Included: Course content and instruction, yoga, and group airport shuttle on April 24, 2021.
NOT included: airfare, accommodations & meals at Peace Retreat Costa Rica.
